CHICKEN TAGINE – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

100 grams chicken breast 1 brown onion diced 1 tspn cumin 1 tspn coriander 1/2 tspn cinnamon Canned organic tomatoes 100ml water 1 tblspn stevia Fresh coriander Slender noodles

DIRECTIONS

Cook onion for 5 minutes. Add spices. Stir together. Add chicken. Cook for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add stevia and fresh coriander. Serve. Makes 1 serving By Alissa Walsh
